Rainy Friday (and every other day!)

Thanks to Sarah & Jenn (and their kiddos) for making a rainy Friday really fun. Our project today was making drums out of cans - the kids had a blast. I like projects that then lead to play options (having a parade, for example)

I said offhand "I need to grab a picture of these three playing the drums, and they lined right up. How often does that happen?! : )

Jake is 10 months old!

I can't believe he'll be a year soon. Amazing.

His hair is coming in in a very funny pattern - all on top, like a silly comb-over or toupee. (this is why his head always looks slightly pointy in pictures) He is moving all around, but by unconventional means (not officially crawling). We're having a great time with him!
