Jake's first haircut

Jake got his first haircut today. In fact we all got in line and got trimmed! Jake did great, and we love his little haircut - no more comb-over! : )



They gave him a great little "first haircut certificate" saying he's graduated from babyhood. Cute.

We went out to dinner at the Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton to celebrate my Dad's birthday. We ate in the most beautiful room (the silo?). It was wonderful. It's also great to find another great restaurant near home.

A quick story - when we told Toby it was Morfar's birthday, he asked how old Morfar was. I said "You are this old" (holding up 3 fingers) "and Morfar is THIS old" (flashing all ten fingers seven times). Toby looked stunned and said "wow." ha!
