Resisting a rest

Toby was trying to avoid his nap today, so we told him he could play quietly in his room instead.

It looks like he put up a good fight, but succumbed to sleep in the end. (he did have the presence of mind to keep sheepie & doggie close at hand though)

Glad he eventually fell asleep, although not in his bed. Andrew went down to play in the basement on Friday afternoon. It got very quiet, so I went down to investigate. He was on the couch, sound asleep with a baby blanket pulled up over him. So cute. Wish we could be as spontaneous as they are and nap wherever we happen to be when we get tired!

Yeah, I don't think the people in my meetings would appreciate it! Ha ha.
